The G. William Noble Athletic Complex is home to Gardendale Youth Football and Cheerleading programs and is governed by the Gardendale Youth Football Association Board of Directors and the City of Gardendale Parks and Recreation Board. The program wouldn't be as successful as it is without the countless hours these and other volunteers put into making the program what it is today. The complex is located on the northern end of Moncrief Road, about one-quarter mile from U.S. Highway 31. It is named for Bill Noble, who served as Mayor of Gardendale from 1972 to 1996.
