WHAT IS BODYPUMP™?
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
WHO CAN BODYPUMP™?
BODYPUMP™ is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR BODYPUMP™ CLASS?
Comfortable workout clothes, gym shoes, drink bottle or bottle of water, towel (hand towel) and Attitude!
WILL I BURN CALORIES?
No two people are the same but as a general rule; you can expect about 600 calories per class, maybe more depending on the level of intensity.
WHAT WILL BODYPUMP™ DO FOR ME?
The overall objective of a BODYPUMP™ class is to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories.BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights that will help to improve your strength, improve your general fitness, shape and tone your muscles, improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis) and gives you a sense of achievement.
